By accessing energisense.com or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

EnergiSense provides solar and roofing advisory services, system design, project coordination, and related consulting for residential and commercial properties in New York. EnergiSense works with trained installation partners who perform the physical installation of solar panels, roofing systems, and battery storage equipment.

A quote or proposal from EnergiSense is not a guarantee of specific energy savings, specific incentive amounts, or specific utility credits. Incentive amounts are subject to change by the applicable government agency or utility at any time. We model incentives based on the best publicly available data at the time of proposal issuance.

By engaging EnergiSense for services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property, utility account, and roof condition
• Maintain access to your property for site visits, installation, and inspection
• Notify EnergiSense of any HOA, co-op board, or municipal restrictions that may affect installation
• Pay amounts due under any signed project agreement on the schedule specified in that agreement
• Activate monitoring accounts (Enphase Enlighten or Tesla app) within 30 days of permission-to-operate

Payment terms are specified in your individual project agreement or Statement of Work. If you elect $0-down financing, the financing agreement is between you and the applicable lender — EnergiSense is not a party to the lending agreement. Cash and financed projects are subject to the payment schedule outlined in your signed project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable after the permitting process has commenced unless a material deficiency in the project is attributable to EnergiSense.

Warranties applicable to your project depend on the services performed. Solar production warranties, product warranties, inverter warranties, workmanship warranties, and roofing warranties are described in detail on the Warranty page and in your project agreement. EnergiSense facilitates all warranty claims on your behalf with the applicable manufacturer or installer partner.

All content on energisense.com — text, images, design, and code — is the property of EnergiSense or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, EnergiSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the services described herein, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of energy savings, or loss of data.

EnergiSense's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to EnergiSense in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of EnergiSense services shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

EnergiSense reserves the right to decline or terminate service to any customer who provides materially inaccurate information, violates these terms, or engages in abusive conduct toward EnergiSense personnel. Cancellation rights and refund terms for executed project agreements are governed by the terms of that agreement.

EnergiSense may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site or services after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
