Drop your zip
Online, phone, or text. Alex personally reviews every intake — no call center. Hot leads receive a quote within 30 minutes during business hours.

Site visit
45-minute walkthrough using satellite-based mapping software — roof orientation, panel scope, electrical run. No drone required.

Custom design
System layout + production estimate + financing options + all applicable incentives modeled, side-by-side.

Permits + interconnect
We pull permits, file interconnection, handle the engineering stamps. Town of Hempstead and Oyster Bay typically under 60 days.

Install
One day on the roof for most systems. Bundle projects run roof day one, solar day two. Electrical panel upgrades may extend the schedule if utility involvement is needed.

PTO + monitoring
Final inspection, utility PTO, production monitoring via Enphase Enlighten or Tesla app — on your phone the same day.

How long until panels are producing?
Typical timeline from signed agreement to permission-to-operate is 6–10 weeks. Bottleneck is utility interconnection (PSEG / Con Edison), not us. We file early and chase weekly.
Will my roof need to be replaced first?
If your shingles have 5+ years left, panels go up directly. If not, we replace the roof first — usually with the GAF HDZ — and bundle the labor so you only pay the differential. For flat roofs, we need 10+ years of roof life remaining.
What incentives stack in New York?
Residential incentives now need to be verified by install date, utility, property type, and tax eligibility. EnergiSense models applicable New York credits, utility net-metering rules, and any borough-specific programs on your proposal before you sign.
What happens if a panel fails?
25-year production warranty (92% at year 25), 12-year product warranty, 12-year inverter warranty, 10-year workmanship warranty. Alex is a phone call or text away if anything goes wrong.
