How Alex approaches every install
Roof first.
Then solar. Always.
Every project starts with an honest roof assessment. If your shingles have 5+ years remaining, panels go up directly. If not, Alex quotes a GAF HDZ replacement first and bundles the labor so you only pay the differential. For flat roofs — common across NYC outer boroughs, Long Island commercial, and Westchester — EnergiSense uses the GAF Liberty membrane system. Most solar installers skip flat roofs entirely. Alex doesn't.
Installation is handled by trained partner crews. Roofing installs take one day. Solar installs take one day. A bundle is roof day one, solar day two. Monitoring through Enphase Enlighten or the Tesla app. Alex is a phone call or text away after permission-to-operate — the reviews confirm that.
